Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy describes how PAC Hub ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through pachub.ca before and during our pilot program.
Who we are
PAC Hub provides software for Parent Advisory Councils in British Columbia. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@pachub.ca.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we may collect:
- Name and email address
- Your role (for example, parent, PAC executive, teacher)
- School name and city or district, if you provide them
- Your message and stated interest (for example, pilot school)
- Whether you opt in to receive email updates about PAC Hub and pilot opportunities
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Cloudflare may process technical data as part of that service.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry
- To follow up about pilot schools or demos you ask about (inquiry-related contact)
- To send promotional email only if you separately opt in with the marketing checkbox
We do not sell parent or PAC contact information to third parties.
Where data is stored
Contact submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database accessible to the PAC Hub team. Form processing runs on Cloudflare Pages. Our product application (when deployed) uses separate infrastructure documented in our full product privacy materials.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete them. Marketing opt-in records are kept until you withdraw consent or we no longer need them for the stated purpose.
Your choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@pachub.ca
- If you opted in to marketing email, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us
Changes
We may update this policy as our marketing site and product evolve. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
